Front Desk Agent

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!  Solaris Residences, an elevated boutique property located in the heart of Vail Village, is seeking a talented Front Desk Agent to become the face of our establishment and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Our dedicated team works together to create an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

Duties Include:

• Deliver genuine hospitality to guests and owners from check-in to check-out
• Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone while responding to guest and owner requests and concerns
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and sales strategy
• Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support operations and goals

Location: Solaris Residences – Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $23/hr + commissions and bonuses! Your efforts determine how much you can earn!
($2,000 sign on bonus: half paid after 90 days of successful work and half paid after 180 days of successful work)

Schedule: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Previous hotel experience a plus
• Spanish knowledge a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
