Program Summary
Come join a small but mighty internal services department! Some of our work includes developing complex budget and fiscal year-end reports and documents, supporting the management of grant funds, overseeing financial systems and processes, and identifying areas for process improvements. We are looking for a talented student or recent graduate who wants to gain real-world experience and develop essential skills while learning from budget experts.
What you will do:
- Collect data and analyze trends
- Develop reporting dashboards to support strategic decisions
- Help identify key issues and make recommendations to the budget team
- Initiate, attend, and participate in budget meetings and work sessions
- Provide a management level presentation at the end of term on your projects and intern experience
What you will bring:
- At least one year of school completed and are working toward a bachelor’s degree
- Desired Major(s): Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, Economics or related field
- Self-motivated and curious with a growth mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information and data appropriately

This is a level 1 internship position with an hourly rate of $20.00.
