Front Desk Agent

Situated by Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO, Falcon Point Resort offers 58 Vacation Ownership units. We're seeking a Full Time Front Desk Agent to join us. If you excel in communication, have prior front desk or guest service experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

Duties Include:

• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service
• Preferred proficiency in RDP reservation software and strong computer skills
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing their requests promptly
• Attend to guest maintenance and housekeeping needs in a timely manner
• Act as a knowledgeable concierge, assisting guests with inquiries and requests

Location: Falcon Point - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $21 / hour 

Schedule: Flexible, full-time, days, nights, and weekends.

• Customer Service skills
• Front desk experience preferred
• English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States year-round
