- Pick, pack and ships customer orders
- Use handheld scanners and other warehouse electronic equipment
- Sort, repack, and label freight
- Maintains work area in a clean and hazard free condition
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
- Track orders via delivery software
- Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
- Prior parcel, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred but not required (We are willing to train the right individual.)
- Experience of small package and belt systems (this is a plus – not required )
- The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
- Excellent customer service required
- Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
- Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
- Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
- Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
- Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
- Effective communication skills
- Safety shoes are required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the US - We participate in EVerify
