Department Manager (Table & Vine)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Department Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product while providing exceptional customer service and a pleasant and rewarding shopping experience. Sales Managers obtain this through managing and directing all functions of the department including but not limited to; achieving sales/operational results through hiring, training, goal setting, evaluating, decision-making, supervising, retaining, and cultivating and comfortable and productive work environment, among other duties.
