Marketing Specialist

Summary:

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for BevMo!’s in-store marketing, promotions, and events. The position will design, coordinate, implement, and analyze the performance of BevMo!’s in-store marketing programs. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate and work cross-functionally with the Merchandising team to facilitate the delivery of core business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation of in-store shopper marketing strategy
  • Lead the planning, coordination, design, for all in-store sign packages, and promotional materials
  • Lead development of marketing materials for wedding, holiday, wine and gifting programs
  • Lead marketing campaigns for BevMo!’s charitable programs
  • Manage curation and development of key weekly E-mail programs, to include coordination and item selection with merchandising partners 
  • Develop and improve the qualification of BevMo! marketing materials utilizing new ClubBev research panel
  • Design and improve campaign performance for events and consumer bounce back coupon strategy
  • Oversee BevMo!’s in-store tasting programs
  • Oversee key third-party agency relationships

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of marketing experience

Experience with Microsoft office; analytical/statistical methods preferred
