If so, Town Sports International is looking for Corporate Account Managers to join our growing team. The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for reaching and exceeding membership sales goals. In the bigger picture, the Corporate Account Manager forms long-term relationships with our members, driving retention, customer service and, of course, referrals!

More about this role:
The Corporate Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to close new business and service current clients in order to meet and exceed sales goals. Additional responsibilities include identifying prospects through networking to generate new leads. Qualified leads are contacted and a needs analysis is conducted while stressing the benefits of corporate fitness. The Corporate Account Manager will need to have basic knowledge of all products and programs and a good working relationship with the clubs in order to generate corporate lead referrals. A professional demeanor via phone, email and in person onsite at wellness and fitness events is paramount. The Corporate Account Manager role achieves success through embodying our core competencies (Create a TSI Environment, Build a High Performing Team, Achieve Measurable Results.

Responsibilities include:
- Modeling and promoting our guiding principles through the Clubhouse Rules.
- Reviewing and adhering to all TSI documents including but not limited to policies and procedures, employee handbook, state supplement, codes of conduct, etc.
- Creating cohesive working relationships with the clubs to foster a collaborative approach in acquiring new partnerships.
- Collaborating with club teams to share best practices in order to improve process and strategy.
- Delivering a high level of service to all clients.
- Available and responsive to client and employee feedback.
- Positive approach with a “yes you can” attitude.
Build a High Performing Team

Responsibilities include:
- Performing all basic system transactions related to billing and contracts.
- Educating and motivating club teams on how to identify corporate partnerships.
- Understanding and effectively leveraging resources to build skill and competency both internally and externally.
- Knowledgeable about market trends and competition.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while still being a team player in the home club.
- Ability to build rapport, identify needs and provide solutions to new corporate partners.
- Engage new members through Fitness Orientations and other services at point of sale.
- Ability to self -generate new leads daily by networking inside and outside the club.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include:
- Reaching and surpassing monthly sales quotas.
- Submitting weekly reports of corporate leads in progress and MTD stats to Business Leaders.
- Consistently looking for opportunities to create new partnerships and relationships.
- Developing relationships with the community and local businesses by involving the clubs in community events.
- Actively building a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals.
- Maximizing penetration of existing clients.
- Partnering with club team to drive retention.
- Closing new business monthly.
Required Skills and Experience
- College degree in business, sales, or marketing or a related field preferred.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Experience with self-generating leads is required.
- Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly.
- Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with members.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner.
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
- Experience working with computer systems and navigating through works screens.
- Ability to proficiently use our POS and membership system, timekeeping any other computer programs required to meet the business needs of the customer and TSI.
- Physical demands include ability to lift up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations, walk through all areas of the club, climbing stairs (where applicable), and bending and lifting (e.g. picking up towels, restacking weights, moving equipment as needed). The company reserves the right to change them as business needs require and that jobs may require other tasks as assigned to the employee by the company.
- Child & Adult AED/CPR certified.
- Prior experience analyzing Profit & Loss statements preferred.
Scheduling Requirements
Due to the nature of the business, Town Sports International has specific scheduling guidelines for this position.
- Team Members are required to work 3 out of the last 4 days of the month, with the last day of the month being mandatory.
- TSI does not authorize vacation time in the months of January or September.
