Pharmacy Tech Phone Agent

Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers.  Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders.  Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats.  Updates patient records on multiple systems.
