Description

 

Experienced Registered Nurses and New Graduates are eligible for a $5,000 Sign on Bonus!

The RN provides ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs to assure that the patient progresses through the continuum of care and is discharged to the least restrictive environment.  The goal is to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction, promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integrating and functions of case management, utilization review and management and discharge planning. The RN has accountability for the care, coordination and discharge planning of all patients, and ensures compliance with quality patient care and regulatory compliance. 

Minimum Requirements

 

Current WI RN license with Bachelor's Degree or currently working towards it required. Three or more years of clinical experience required. Master's Degree and/or Case Management experience preferred.
