Colquitt Regional Medical Center is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Food Services. The Assistant Director supervises personnel in the food service function concerned with planning, preparation, and service of meals of patients and to employees in the cafeteria and grill.  Responsible for sanitation and cleanliness of department in accordance with the standard established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation.  Maintains open communication with all employees to endure understanding of departmental goals, objectives, and standards.  Participates in quality improvement program.  Supervises the receiving and storing of all food products.  Responsible for carrying out duties of Food Service Director during his/ her absence.

1. BS in Food and Nutrition or Food Service Management or equivalent experience. 

2. One year experience in diet therapy or ADA approved Dietetic Internship or coordinated undergraduate program.

3. Posses skills in communication.

4. ServeSafe Certification required.
