- Will assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk based on the Rosen Standards
- Assist in providing staff with ongoing coaching, training and development
- Prepare reports, handle special projects and assignments as required
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum requirements for this position include, but are not limited to standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time
- Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent certificate program, at least six months of hospitality experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public
- Proficient computer and technology skills preferred
