We are seeking a Office Assistant to join our hard working and fast-paced team. The Office Assistant performs administrative duties as described below. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• General clerical, administrative and computer data entry.
• Business Central inventories
• Support Safe Work Methods (SWM) in all aspects of employment
• Provide safety administration
• Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment math test, background check, drug screen and physical.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Must have analytical ability
• Must have good computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite products and internal programs
• Must support and adhere to Franz Bakery Core Values
