Provide outstanding service by performing many tasks to ensure the hotel/property/guest rooms are consistently in proper working condition. Day-to-day operation tasks include repairs and preventative maintenance based on Rosen Standards and federal laws/regulations to ensure the safety of all guests and employees.
Minimum Requirements
This job requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Education/Experience: One year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
