Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards by interacting with hotel guests while escorting them to their room and assisting with luggage.  Offer information pertaining to available services, facilities, points of interest.  Deliver items to guests.

This position requires constant standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 lbs. for long periods of time. Education/Experience: High school or equivalent preferred, or up to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
