Housing Works fights for funding and legislation to ensure that all people living with HIV/AIDS have access to quality housing, healthcare, HIV prevention, and treatment, among other lifesaving services.

Compensation Range: $23/hr - $25/hr commensurate with experience
Overview:
Supervise between 10 and 15 Residential Aides (RA). Create RA staff schedules to ensure there is 24-hour facility coverage. Train staff in all programmatic policies and procedures Manage staff hiring, recommendations for termination, and progressive disciplinary actions. Coordinate and approve staff hours for accurate payroll processing. Conduct bi-weekly staff supervision with (RA) Disseminate and interpret policies and procedures to RA staff. Investigate and report issues, using incident report approved system(s) Collaborate with the clinical staff on resident behavior as well as the care of those on the fragile list. Update rosters to ensure census, vacancies and household composition are accurate. Complete shift report during work hours. Ensure RAs are accessible to the HW’s Employee Handbook.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic facility walk-throughs during a shift.
- Ensure all staff always provide excellent customer service and confidentiality.
- Conduct Quarterly and Annual Performance reviews on (RA) in a timely manner and in accordance with established company standards.
- Ensure all staff employ Housing Works community values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of work experience as a Residential Aide or in a social services organization.
