IT Technician (On-site Orlando)

The Technician II installs, modifies, and makes repairs to computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users. They are also responsible for support of hardware, software and minor network issues that may occur. This includes support of computers, wireless/wired networks, software systems, data cables, printers, etc. Driving will be necessary to perform this job.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A CompTIA A+ certification is required at a minimum. Other CompTIA certifications like the N+ and S+ are good to have. Other Cisco certifications like Cisco CCT or CCNT are applicable. Microsoft certifications such as MCP or MCSE are applicable and encouraged.
