We are looking for a detail oriented Design Review Board Administrator. This role helps new Eagle Ranch homeowners design a home that both satisfies their design dreams, and follows the Eagle Ranch Design Guidelines. The ideal candidate has experience presenting to a board, developing relationships with homeowners, and is willing to find common ground for both in a home design, and would be happy in this role for the next several years.

Duties Include:

  • Ability to read blueprints and plans

  • Understand design guidelines and communicate them clearly to homeowners

  • Liaise with homeowners through the Design Review Board approval process and communicate the requirements of the board

  • Present home design proposals to the board for approval

  • Work closely with the Assistant Community Manager on all processes and tasks related to DRB Guidelines and PUD.

  • Meet monthly deadlines to ensure adequate operations

  • Perform home inspections (may require candidate to perform work outside)

Location: Eagle Ranch - Eagle, CO (on-site)

Start Date: November 2023

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $80,000 /year + DOE

Schedule40 hours per week; flexibility offered - 4-10s when possible; breaks to take kids to/from school, etc; hybrid/remote schedule available once fully trained



  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Experience with Blue Beam plan review software or equivalent ideal
  • Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal, as well as excellent listening skills and supervisory skills. 
  • Strong organization and attention to details.
  • Architectural, design, or construction background a plus.
