As a Buffet Cook, you will

• Provide outstanding service by preparing high quality food for guests based on established guidelines. 
• Cook meats, vegetables, soups and other hot food products while keeping work area clean and organized. 
• Follow food safety procedures and professionally conduct him/herself according to Rosen Standards.

• The position requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 lbs., sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and food handling, which includes, but is not limited to tasting and smelling.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or one year certificate from a college or technical school, and at least six months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
