Server/ Bartender

The Village Pool, and Latitude Lounge managed by East West Hospitality, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Server/ Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Maintain service standards in all outlets.
• Prepare station and perform assigned opening side duties.
• Maintain standards of EWH personal grooming habits. 
• Ability to demonstrate basic to advanced knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at all service stations and pool areas.
• Communicate frequently and consistently with other members of the team and other colleagues during service.
• Keep pool area tidy and free of trash.
• Wipe down pool chairs and tables.
• Restock pool towels as needed and put used towels in bins.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner, both when dealing with guests and with other colleagues.
• Understand and demonstrate the concept of making customers. Have an awareness of customer problems and potential problems.
• Perform all closing side duties, leaving station clean and set for the next shift.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging - Snowmass Village, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Year-Round and Seasonal opportunities available

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $22 / hour + tips

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 5 hours
• Must obtain TIPS certification
• Passion for Hospitality
• Previous restaurant serving experience or hospitality experience preferred
