Front Desk Agent

We're on the hunt for a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent & Concierge to become an integral part of our team. In collaboration with our Reservations Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service with a warm and welcoming demeanor, and are able to stay organized and multitask, we'd love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Welcome everyone who enters through the front doors with genuine hospitality.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing both phone and in-person assistance for a smooth front desk experience. Oversee the flow of the front office, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and maintaining lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Support guests by facilitating dinner and activity reservations, arranging transportation, and offering insights into local amenities and attractions.
• Address maintenance and housekeeping requests promptly and effectively. Handle all shipping and receiving tasks for packages and luggage, catering to both front office needs and guest requirements.
• Provide additional assistance with reservations as required.

Location: Lodge at Lionshead - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/ hour + Commission from vendors

Schedule: Varies AM/PM. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Comfortability with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn new computer systems.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
• Capability to stand and/or walk intermittently for up to 8 hours per day.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is helpful but not required
