What is an Owner Relations Representative? It’s a dynamic, stable role located in a newly renovated office space surrounded by engaging and professional colleagues. Our team operates from the scenic Beaver Creek Landing at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, and yes, we encourage lunchtime ski breaks with the lift just outside the door! Daily tasks include: Efficiently multitasking, all while delivering exceptional customer service to property owners in our managed fractional residences located in Vail, Aspen, and Tahoe. Responsibilities Include:

  • Professional communication with owners from high end fractional and timeshare properties.
  • Provide guidance and reservation assistance via phone calls and emails in a timely fashion.
  • Working in conjunction with resort managers and staff, as well as external organizations
  • Assist with rental management and owner billing.

Location: Owner Services Office - Beaver Creek Landing

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24 / hour  $500 sign on bonus (paid in two allotments: 1/2 after 60 days, 1/2 after 120 days)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm ideally (9:00am-5:30pm Negotiable)

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills, experience working with Microsoft Applications.
  • Organization and ability multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
