Guest Services Agent
Join the team at the renowned Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality! We're seeking a customer-focused Guest Service Agent with strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet!
Duties Include:
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. You'll also handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing both internal and external inquiries. Identifying guest needs and assisting with their requests will be key to delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you’ll dispatch Service Express Runners and other hotel staff via two-way radio, while managing basic cash and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Managed by East West Hospitality - Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $22/ hour + potential commissions
Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
