MHMR is looking for a detailed oriented RN Team Lead to join our team. As the Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead oversees nursing services in our Intermediate Care Facility, group homes, for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IID). The RN Team Lead is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting person-centered care for individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs. In this role, you will also provide nurses services to assigned residents and/or homes. 

 

Minimum Education: Associate Degree  

Defined Education: Nursing 

Preferences: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, working in ICF or HSC group homes, long-term care, home health/case management 

Experience: Two (2) years’ Experience in Nursing 

License/Certifications: Current and valid RN license in Texas 

Supervisory Experience: 1 year - experience in leadership, supervision or management of individuals, teams or project(s) including training and performance feedback
