Provides physical therapy to developmentally delayed infants, toddlers and their families as identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Ensures that all (0-3) children are served timely and appropriately and in keeping with their procedural safeguards, rights and needs. This position fully embraces the mission and 7 key principles for providing early intervention services in the natural environment. 

 

 

 

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree 

Defined Education: Physical Therapy 

Preferences: Experience in early childhood or pediatrics 

Required License(s): Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas 
Valid Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record 
Must provide license and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate
