Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) - Clinical Services

The Arc Mid-Hudson, one of the largest  employers in the Hudson Valley, including Ulster, Greene and Putnam counties, is seeking an enthusiastic clinician that will serve as a support to multiple residential and day habilitation programs within our agency.

Responsibilities include performing Functional Behavior Assessments; developing and monitoring Behavior Support Plans, Medication Monitoring Plans, and Risk Management Plans; providing training to staff on plans or other relevant topics; attending team meetings and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; providing Intensive Behavioral Services (IBS) and Family Support Services (FSS).

This seasoned professional reports to and regularly collaborates with the Director of Behavioral Health Services.

A Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is required. BCBA preferred.

HOURS:  40/Monday through Friday/9:00am-5:00pm/Flexible

STARTING SALARY:  $ 64,688.90 to $ 88,113.09 per year, based on relevant experience and education

• Master's Degree in Psychology or Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field is required
• Minimum of three years of experience providing behavioral services to people with disabilities is required
• BCBA is preferred
• Bilingual a plus!
