Residential Program Manager - Sheldon Hill

Tucked in the lavish Catskill mountains, Sheldon Hill is the fast-paced home of six endearing young women who are eager to learn, build their independence, and forge relationships with the staff who work at their home.  Patience and a fun-loving attitude are a virtue here, as these incredible young women will bring out the best in you, while you bring out the best in them.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support.  This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience.  Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.  An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment.  We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS:  40/Sunday through Thursday/12:00 pm to 8:00 pm/flexible, based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $62,353.20 per year
