Net Mgr Law Enforc Prog

 

The Network Manager Law Enforcement Programs provides operational and clinical oversight of the Law Liaison Services Program, supporting the diversion of individuals with mental health impairments from the criminal justice system into behavioral health treatment services. The position oversees program operations, staff supervision, quality management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of program goals. This role maintains collaborative partnerships with law enforcement agencies, courts, hospitals, community providers, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with agency, contractual, grant, and regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications 

Required Education: Master’s Degree

Defined Education: Human Services or Criminal Justice

Years’ Experience: Five (5) years

Defined Experience: Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field.

License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License, Full licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT 

Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years
