Sales & Brand Experience

Support store sales by representing the Johnston & Murphy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while delivering the premium service our customers expect.

 

Store Presentation

Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store by supporting merchandising standards and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping environment.

 

Team Collaboration

Work closely with your teammates to support store goals, assist during peak selling periods, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Professional appearance and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak selling periods.

Physical Requirements

This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
