As a Peer Specialist, you will partner with the Lead Case Manager to support clients within the HSASMI (Housing with Supports for Adults with Serious Mental Illness) Program. The Peer Support Specialist models wellness, offers hope, provides encouragement, and empowers clients to make positive steps in their recovery. This role will serve as a supportive mentor to the client and an engaged team member. 

Minimum Requirements

 
  • Successfully complete the DHS Certified Peer Specialist training and certification exam
  • Be at least 21 years are older
  • Have a high school diploma of GED
