As the Information Security Analyst you will plan and carry out security measures to protect LSS computer networks and systems. You will be responsible for vulnerability assessment and mitigation, understanding and implementing constantly evolving cyber security best practices, end-user training, disaster recovery planning, and coordination with the other LSS teams on security and compliance related matters.  

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Qualified candidates should bring 3-5 years of experience working in a cyber security related role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, EMS, Security and Compliance and Microsoft Windows/Server Environments
  • One or more security certifications desired
  • Strong knowledge of at least one administrative area (networking, systems, etc.) and a willingness to learn about other areas.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with and secure detailed data and information
  • Must be familiar with information security standards such as ISO and NIST
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.  Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues on all levels
  • Ability to understand business needs and how those needs interact with the cyber security framework
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and make decisions in pressure situations
  • Must be driven to independently learn and keep up with constantly changing standards and practices
  • Must have familiarity with compliance rules/standards such as HIPAA and PCI
  • Driver’s license is required
