As a Training and Quality Specialist, you will provide training and support to regional teams on required compliance and best practice training. This role will support teams with Person-Centered, CQL and Altair/ACO initiatives. You will use the College of Direct Support/Bridge Learning Management system to monitor and track the line of service training.

This position will support the southeast region of Minnesota. Designated Coordinator experience preferred. Training and leadership experience preferred. Curriculum development and videography a plus.

Minimum Requirements

 
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service, Community Health Education, Nursing or related field or equivalent education is required
  • 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Experience in training, supervisory or managerial capacity is required
  • Experience training groups of people
  • Ability to observe, listen and respond with dignity and respect
  • Comfortable speaking in large groups
  • Elevated computer skills
  • Driver's license is required
  • Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required
  • Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required
