This position will provide administrative support to the Statewide Directors of Training and Quality teams. This position is responsible for managing multiple schedules associated with the Training & Quality Team.  These schedules include, but are not limited to Quality Supports and Review process, training schedules (in-person, virtually and online), person-centered planning and external training schedules. This position will become a subject matter expert in the utilization of various systems and platforms and provide support to our various lines of service.  These systems include but are not limited to College of Direct Support, Bridge LMS, Articulate, Therap, LifePlan, and Microsoft Teams. This position will develop and maintain high-level competence in rules, regulations and best practices that govern services for people with disabilities, mental illness, and mental health diagnoses

This is a statewide position. Office location to be determined.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Education or related field or equivalent education is required OR 2 – 3 years documented work experience in same or similar
  • 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Experience in training, supervisory or clerical capacity is required
  • Elevated computer/systems skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Articulate, etc.)
  • Ability to observe, listen and respond with dignity and respect
  • Comfortable speaking in large groups
  • Driver's license is required
  • Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required
  • Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required
