Prairie Community Services s looking for a full time Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant.  This position is located in Morris, MN.  Prefer a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is motivated to work in a fast pace environment.  Duties include but not limited to organizing and maintaining personnel files and spreadsheets, recruiting, employee trainings and various HR essential job functions.  This position offers Paid Leave Time, retirement benefits, health insurance and life insurance.  We are willing to negotiate competitive wage. 

Job Requirements

 

To be considered as a HR Coordinator/Assistant a high degree of confidentiality is a must along with organizational and communicational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Must be able to pass a background study and company driving criteria.
