As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for financial and personnel management, program development, direct services, and day to day program operation for multiple programs at multiple geographic locations.  The program mix is a multi-team and multi-county service delivery to homeless persons and families in community-based settings.

Five years of budget and supervisory experience required. The office is located in Brainerd.

Minimum Requirements

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other human service field OR combination of education and experience totaling 4 years is required. Plus an additional four years of experience working with the target population (youth) one of those years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Broad knowledge of specific populations served and surrounding issues.
  • Able to draw on organizational and interpersonal skills to assure continuous cooperative working relations and open communication among collaborating partners
  • Able to interact/network with many different individuals within and outside of the organization.
  • Computer skills to include Word and Excel and data entry programs.
