Job Overview

This role is the key component in organizing, facilitating, monitoring and following up on the company’s onboarding programs, procedures and processes for both transitioning and newly hired employees.  In addition, this position will be responsible for preparing reports, making recommendations and interpreting policies and procedures. 


  • Process newly hired employees from start to finish per current departmental procedure; ensuring that all sections are fully and accurately completed Complete I-9 Process with candidate and ensure the proper documents are uploaded into Kronos HR according to all regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the POINT Program by ensuring all new hires are assigned a ‘POINT’ and notify the POINT Program lead of the assignment
  • Run compensation market analysis on positions as required
  • Prepare a variety of special reports on a scheduled basis and ad hoc analysis of Talent Acquisition as needed for the Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy to monitor the integrity and competitiveness of both programs
  • Evaluate existing processes and reporting, recommend and implement improvements and efficiencies to make processes faster and more accurate
  • Troubleshoot questions/problems that come from system users: Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers. Open tickets with vendors when appropriate and escalate issues if necessary.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting process; compile recruiting metrics, interpret data trends, areas of strength, and areas of opportunities
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and follow through of human resources programs and policies including talent acquisition, hourly performance management and compensation, and benefits
  • Provide a positive customer service experience to all employees he/she encounters
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Minimum Requirements



  • Minimum of one year of experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, Compensation analyst or in a related HR Role.
  • Prior Kronos experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail.
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
