As an Administrative Supervisor, you will manage Front Desk of all metro building and Fleet Management, manage LSS vehicle fleet of 135-145 vehicles and new orders and returns of vehicles along with updating records in CRM. This position will also work within the Property Data Base CRM – Manage work orders processing and vehicle documentation. The position is responsible to provide work direction and manage the receptionists at the Metro Campus’s which includes direct and indirect employees.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required. 
  • Minimum of two years of related experience required with a general accounting focus.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience fleet management preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations.
  • Cash handling, customer service, and phone call center experience preferred.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Able to work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive, and professional manner to provide exemplary customer service in person and by telephone.
  • Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as multi-purpose printer/copiers, other printer job equipment, computers, calculators, telephones including call center, and check scanners.
  • Driver's license and current vehicle insurance required.
  • Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
