Position Summary:

Hotel LeVeque is looking for a full time and/or part time House Person that want to be a part of our fun and cooperative team. Experience working as a House Person associate with a hotel is preferred but more importantly we are looking for a passion for creating unique guest experiences and a preference for taking on several different tasks on a daily basis.

What your job entails:

  • Your main role will be executing guest requests to create a guest experience that is exactly like nothing else.
  • You will handle receiving deliveries and preparing outgoing linen, dry cleaning, and shipments.
  • You will anticipate guest needs and communicate with our front office and housekeeping staff to create unique guest experiences that are bold and authentic.
  • You will model the highest possible example in conduct, temperament, attendance, punctuality, and standards of work.
  • You will work as in integral part of the hotel team, using all performance metric tools, to meet our cleanliness, customer service, and revenue goals.
  • You will complete assigned tasks within the given timeframe to ensure maximum productivity.
  • You will take on any additional tasks including but not limited to cleaning rooms, stripping rooms, inspecting rooms, cleaning/ organizing housekeeping closets, cleaning public space and any other supporting tasks to set housekeeping department up for success.

Minimum Requirements

  • You have two-three years of House Person experience. Preferably with a hotel.
  • You must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • You must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling.
  • You take pride in your work and in making guests happy.
  • You are able to follow written and verbal directions.
