Position Summary:

Hotel LeVeque is looking for creative lifestyle Guest Service Stars. Experience working as a guest service associate with a lifestyle brand is preferred but more importantly we are looking for a passion to create unique experiences for our guests that are exactly like nothing else.

What your job entails:

  • You will conduct the guest service experience from greeting to departure and everything in between.
  • You will anticipate our guests needs and wants and be one step ahead of them creating a bold and authentic experience tailored to their individuality.
  • When a problem does arise you will take ownership and resolve the issue with grace and humility.  
  • You will inspire guests to discover what makes Columbus and Hotel LeVeque exactly like nothing else.
  • You will model the highest possible example in conduct, temperament, attendance, punctuality, and standards of work.
  • You will work as in integral part of the hotel team, using all performance metric tools, to meet our customer service and revenue goals.
  • You will take on any additional tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • You have two-three years of guest service experience. Preferably with a lifestyle brand.
  • You can give us examples of computer programs you have learned and mastered.
  • You can tell us about times you created exceptional guest experiences and creatively resolved guest issues.
  • You must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • You must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • You should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You are able to stand for hours at a time.
  • You understand this job requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
  • You have a high school degree or equivalent education.
