This position supports Domestic Sales Team with various administrative tasks.  Requires excellent attendance and reliable and work with a high degree of accuracy. The following tasks are essential for this position:


  • Communicates with Brokers, Customers, Sales Regionals, Support Staff, Logistics, etc.
  • Answers e-mails and handle incoming phone calls.
  • Processes daily orders that are faxed or sent via EDI as well as processing daily sample orders that are sent via email.
  • Discusses products offered and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
  • Accurately invoices the goods transferred to the customer.
  • Detail oriented and works with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Answering phone calls, emailing, processing samples, and looking at inventory availability.
  • Ability to work with spread sheets.
  • Willing to follow up with brokers and RSM what was the outcome with the sample to the customer.
  • Works closely with the R&D labs for new products presentations.

Minimum Requirements



High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Prior experience in a business office environment or Administrative experience is preferred. 
  • Must show ability to be detail oriented and work with high degree of accuracy, as well as proven strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Employee must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong candidates will have skills in multi-tasking and ability to prioritize.
