The Data Integration Analyst - FSQA  will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.  The  Analyst identifies and is responsible for full FSQA lifecycle business trend data, activities, requirements and design through complex analysis reporting. Interprets results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently. Delivers data-driven solutions through design, development of predictive and descriptive analytics models and implementation of best data practices. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Safety Chain and Innova data analytics reporting. 

• Develop and maintain FSQA 3 level dashboards; site level, site support manager level, and senior management level.

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency, product quality and food safety operations

• Automate data extraction and analysis into dashboards for FSQA and Executive Teams

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in simple and/or complex KPI data sets

• Monitor product performance, food safety and quality control plans to identify improvements

• Maintain databases/data systems as required

• Work with facility and support center management to prioritize business and information needs

• Locate and define new data collection and process improvement opportunities 

• Other duties as directed. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Provides key Seattle Support Center and facility management staff with information and data needed for planning, analysis, decision making, and the execution of  programs to achieve key business objectives and understand essential data requirements.  

• Performs basic data input and supervision of internal system applications (FSQA Work Tickets).

• Supports and maintains FSQA reports, and ad-hoc data analysis using PowerBI, Qlickview and/or other Business Analytics software that drive product quality improvement through KPI (Key Process Indicator) tracking and performance.

• Assists with the creation of documentation for supported systems and enhancements for end-user training.

• Maintains FSQA Department objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. 

• Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions 

• Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

Marel Innova



Bachelor’s degree or comparable direct industry experience utilizing math, statistics, computer science, information management, finance or economics. Heavy emphasis on statistical and analytical skills.
