The Executive Assistant provides the highest level of executive support and serves as a key partner for the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Executive Admin team.  In this role, you will represent the CPO internally and externally and serve as the primary contact for various administrative needs.  In addition, you’ll be a key partner working alongside the CPO to lead various initiatives, projects and events across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the daily needs of the CPO
  • Maintain & Monitor daily schedules ensuring efficient time management
  • Assist in drafting professional communications and compelling meeting materials, working closely with the team to brainstorm tone and messaging; handle logistics and scheduling of key organization-wide communications
  • Offer feedback, thought partnership, and advice to drive continuous operational improvement
  • Create, edit, and occasionally deliver presentations
  • Provide project management support, tracking progress and milestones, driving deadlines
  • Maintain SharePoint and Web-based content keeping data and documents organized and accessible
  • Support programmatic initiatives; Town Halls, Learning Sessions, Onboarding, Employee Engagement Support, Employee Events, etc.
  • Continue to grow your knowledge base to support employees with HR-related questions or re-route them appropriately
  • Manages phone calls, messages, emails & follow up
  • Travel Planning & Coordination
    • Airfare, hotels, logistics
    • Specific arrangements, necessary documentation
  • Monthly Expenses
    • Approval Delegation for team
  • Available to travel (domestic and international), as needed

Additional Responsibilities: 

Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned. 

Minimum Requirements




  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • HR Certifications a plus


  • 5+ years’ experience in a business office or executive administrative experience preferred
  • Prior experience supporting a HR Leadership Team is a plus
  • Experience leading various projects of different scopes and complexities


  • Ability to build strong healthy relationships and collaborate effectively throughout the organization with people at all levels
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous with details and upholds data quality, integrity and accuracy
  • Able to handle confidential information in a highly ethical manner
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Outlook) including experience crafting executive level documents
  • Multi-lingual is a plus
