The Director of Omni-Marketing is responsible for the creation of our omni-marketing strategy and roadmap to deliver integrated Customer, Shopper and Consumer experiences to drive and deliver our long-term brand commitments. This leader will develop and lead the implementation of customer and consumer facing integrated brand omni plans to drive our branded marketing strategies and objectives and create leading omni commerce marketing capabilities and roadmaps to drive our brands. This role will also serve as a teacher and evangelist within the organization regarding the digital ecosystem and capabilities.

This is a new critical role to support the transformation of our brands. The ideal candidate has significant related experience developing successful multi-channel marketing strategies/campaigns guided by a data-led, insights-driven and customer-centric approach. This leader possesses deep brand marketing and omni-channel marketing experience and demonstrated ability to teach and influence across different levels of the organization. The Director of Omni-Marketing will work closely with the sales team and the public affairs/global communications organizations. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership, excellent analytical and business acumen, keen understanding of what’s happening in culture and fluency in all types of marketing channels. You must have demonstrated skills to partner with and lead a nimble team, work cross-functionally and be a brand advocate and entrepreneurial problem solver. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.                            

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omni Marketing Strategy – Oversee strategy for US-Domestic across all our brands and channels (Industrial, Food Service, Retail) that drive sales, trial and awareness both in brick and mortar and online (retailer and own sites). Build an actionable and compelling strategy and story that drives conversion leveraging any relevant customer, consumer or market insights
  • Marketing Performance – Lead the development of the activation calendar with strategies and tactics to drive the business taking into consideration key dates for seasonality, innovation launches, line reviews, key customer dates, consumer promotions, budget, ROI and the overall marketing objectives. You will manage marketing, promotional and advertising budgets. Leverage or create tools to measure, analyze and optimize marketing efforts and effectively communicate strategic priorities and learnings across the organization. Ensure our brands and portfolios are search optimized and product pages have best in class copy and assets. Monthly and quarterly assessment of performance and resulting optimizations
  • Marketing Integration Partner with the Brand Marketing Director to ensure full integration with the brand plans. Support competitive assessments, identification of consumer trends and shopping behaviors. Support the development and implementation best-in-class customer acquisition techniques. Monitor brand performance through key performance indicators (KPI) Partner with Insights/Analytics to deepen understanding of our customer and factors that build trust and brand affinity. Partner in co-leading cross-functional teams in the communications planning process

Minimum Requirements




  • Proven experience in developing and leading a high-performing team; strong leadership with proven ability to develop and recruit talent
  • World-class marketing vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership and ability to lead and influence; strong partnership skills with a history of collaborating across organizational boundaries, working with and influencing others, and creating clarity from confusion


  • Bachelor’s Degree with significant related experience in CPG, Retail or Agency
  • Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business or Marketing preferred
  • Bonus if experienced with digitally native brands


  • Ability to thrive within an organization with a degree of ambiguity and fast pace; organizational aptitude and ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume, high-visibility function
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
  • Confident storyteller, someone with demonstrated experience taking a lot of information and distilling into concise and impactful messages to influence different functions, teams and stakeholders
  • 10+ years’ working in a fast-paced, high-volume consumer-facing corporate or agency environment with responsibility for brand marketing and strategy, advertising, and/or marketing planning.
