Job Summary: Provide customer service specifically regarding returns and order issues. Assist in processing orders. Add items to sell on amazon and other marketplaces, update pricing, inventory, and content as needed.

Essential Functions:

 

  • Respond to messages throughout the day
  • Answer customer phone calls
  • Update inventory feeds
  • Update pricing marketplaces
  • Add new products to marketplaces
  • Open claims and follow up on shipping issues with UPS, USPS, and FedEx as needed
  • Process warranty requests
  • Process returns daily
  • Act as backup when other team members are out
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to work proficiently in Excel
  • Proficiency with the internet, e-commerce, and with a PC
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must have high speed internet connection at your home

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

One year experience required in customer service, warehousing, administrative, e-commerce, or sales environment.

Education:

High School degree or equivalent.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

Special Training/Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of email, spreadsheet software, word processing software, order processing systems and presentation software. Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position; you would be working from your home.
