Returning Applicants

For current Associated Students employees please use your.kronos.Username and the following for your password (ALL CAPS) - "First Name" + "Last Name" + "Last 4 of SSN when logging in for the first time. You will be prompted to change your password once you have successfully logged in.

This will allow you to track previous applications and will pre-populate future applications with data previously provided. If you are applying from an existing profile, please be sure to review each page carefully in case your application data has changed since your last application.
