Our corporate headquarters is in Bellingham, WA and we have three year-round locations in Washington State: Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. Job Summary: Production workers needed to build netting systems for a variety of sports and industrial applications. The job involves working in a team setting in the assembly of custom barrier nets using the basic components of netting, rope, and twine. 

Essential Functions

  1. Assembles netting components per net plan specifications.
  2. Utilize job specific hand tools. 
  3. Measuring, knot tying, cutting, rope splicing, and lacing netting materials.
  4. Basic math skills needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

This job does not include housing or relocation assistance. 

Entry level starting wage is $18 per hour. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Background check and drug screen required upon job offer.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand (8 hours a day); walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision and depth perception.
