LFS, Inc. was established in 1967 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trident Seafoods. Our corporate headquarters is in Bellingham, WA and we have three year-round locations in Washington State: Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. LFS also has five year-round locations in Alaska: Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer (Kachemak Gear Shed), and Sitka; and three seasonal locations in Kenai, Dillingham and Naknek. While our core business is supplying the commercial fishing industry, we have evolved to include industrial and sports netting sales, hydraulic sales and services, wholesale/industrial sales, recreational marine and outdoor sales, and internet sales.


LFS is seeking a Support Services Assistant for our Internet Division. This is a work from home position. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to ensure accuracy in all tasks related to amazon listings and updates, inventory management, order processing and customer service.

Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs)

  • Add listings to amazon.
  • Monitor and update amazon listings.
  • Create A+ content for brand listings.
  • Open cases with amazon as needed.
  • Use Excel for inventory management and order processing.
  • Provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Assist / contact customer regarding orders, returns and other order issues.
  • Must satisfy deadlines to meet customer’s expectations.
  • Must be able to work fast with attention to detail.
  • Word process, modify, and cancel orders, as necessary.

Pay range is $18.00-$20.00 DOE

Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)

  • One year of experience working with amazon.
  • One year of experience required in customer service.

Preferred education and experience

  •   High School degree or equivalent.

 Work environment:

  • Work from home office.

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a keyboard and telephone.

The employee is required to talk or listen.
