Summary: National Accounts sales support and liaison between field sales and Seattle Support Center assisting with administrative and business details by performing the following duties:

Essential Functions:

  1. Customer service (order related) liaison for the National Accounts sales team, especially important during product launches, LTO’s (Limited Time Offer; promotions), tight supply situations and the rare product retrieval. 
  2. Facilitate random accounting inquiries from sales managers and customers service.
  3. Record and communicate internally with new contract parameters including Pricing, Timing, Volume.
  4. Create Power Points and/or print & bind presentations as needed.
  5. Compile data from support teams for formal bids including input into customer web-based bid systems.
  6. Product inventory support and coordination – especially during tight supply situations and working with supply chain, customer service and category managers.
  7. Regular customer reports (inventory/tracking) for various customers; some monthly, some weekly, some year round and others during Lent only.
  8. Alternate contact for Sales Managers when traveling, on vacation or during customer emergencies.
  9. Communicate product outages or delays to the Sales Manager.
  10. Submit check requests on behalf of the Sales Manager.
  11. Submit requests to the freight team for new quotes on behalf of the sales manager.
  12. Proof letters when needed.
  13. Attend forecasting and demand planning meetings, communicating key factors to Sales Managers and VP if they were not able to attend.
  14. Coordination the Order Processing of the Red Lobster Snow Crab Program (Q1 of each year) including:  Entering, Tracking and Invoicing Orders, Maintain current tracking reports (daily), Communicate with RL cold storages and the Sales Manager.
  15. Communicate internally and be a conduit between the Sales Manager with various departments at the Support Center including Sustainability, QA, Supply Chain, Product Managers, Marketing, etc. 
  16. Support VP with PIP (Project Initiative Process; Homeport) management (monitoring progress of projects through system).
  17. Support VP and Sales Managers with Product Sample needs.
  18. Coordinates and arranges meetings as needed including securing the space and preparing facilities.
  19. Conduit for deduction management at support center.
  20. Support VP and Sales Managers with Power BI data needs.
  21. Support the team with Customer and Industry Conference needs including paperwork for booth space, cooking items, shipping samples and ordering customer giveaways.

Minimum Requirements


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Training/Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of email, spreadsheet software, word processing software and presentation software. Knowledge of, or ability to learn Power BI. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished either orally or written. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment:

This job takes place in a typical office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  There will be the occasional need to drive a vehicle in support of our business including the following examples:  Picking up a customer at a hotel, driving to a production facility,  warehouse or the Innovation Center, picking up product samples or lunch for a business meeting.  Mileage is paid when using personal vehicle for business purposes.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally drive a vehicle.

Mental Activities:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, speak, write and understand English, and to use customer service skills. The employee is frequently required to use interpersonal and teamwork skills. The employee is occasionally required to use creativity, independent judgment, discretion, and problem analysis.
