The Maintenance Admin will develop and maintain all key department files, asset information and other P&P maintenance information and provide info to key personnel as requested.  They also track, compile and schedule regulatory and compliance activities to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops master lists to track all P&P assets for Trident vessels and plants including maintenance history, planned maintenance, warranty tracking, CIP and R&M schedules for each.
  • Works with division and vessel or location management teams to ensure repair and maintenance plans are approved, scheduled and conducted according to procedure.
  • Facilitates proper completion of forms and documents by vendors according to Trident procedures.
  • Ensures invoices are completed, filed and recorded according to protocol.
  • Requests and tracks historical maintenance data from Trident’s primary engine and generator support vendors.  
  • Oversees maintenance history and tracking of power generator ends and ensures that all history including purchases, repairs, reconditioning, current operating hours and failures are recorded per plant or vessel protocol.
  • Oversees development of preferred vendor lists and contact information.
  • Assists with development of critical spares lists and tracks and maintains lists for plants and vessels.
  • Tracks weekly downtime reporting for all interrupted plant or vessel power.
  • Works with key plant and vessel personnel to obtain and record fuel monitoring information and average load reports.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Travels to multiple locations as required and with short notice.
  • Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions 
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings

Minimum Requirements



  • Minimum 5 years Admin Experience.
  • Used to a high degree of multi-tasking.
  • Experience with balancing both short and long term objectives.
  • Supports, promotes and ensures work and progress alignment with the departments overall vision, objectives and end goal.   


  •  Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university. Two to four years experience and /or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Very Familiar with creating, editing, managing multiple programs and files.
  • Organized, has the ability to manage input information from many sources.
  • Has advanced computer skills
  • Performs work with energy and drive, values planning, but will take quick, decisive action when an opportunity presents itself.
  • Collaborates positively to achieve team and company objectives. Works effectively within a diverse environment.
  • Provides oversight for programs and decisions to minimize confusion or error.
