Trident is looking for a Global Inventory & Procurement Specialist that provides assistance to the Global Support team, salespeople, warehouses, and customers to facilitate communication and expedite inventory transactions, transfer orders, work orders, purchase orders as well as some customer order processes.

The position requires a highly organized and accurate individual, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint.  

Essential Functions

  • Facilitates warehouse to warehouse transfer order movement interacts with TMS/Traffic Department to facilitate movement. 
  • Conducts reconciliation of third-party storage inventory against system inventory information. 
  • Assists in inventory management and perform various inventory research and resulting transactions. 
  • Composes work orders, manages, and orders packaging materials as instructed.
  • Completes all order processes required by JDE ERP order system. 
  • Interacts with third-party websites to facilitate business. 
  • Confirms documentation, requirements, and plans to make necessary documentation deadlines. Works with USDC, State of Alaska, etc. to produce necessary documents within the time frame.  
  • Composes professional customer-appropriate correspondence.  
  • Participates in coverage for and training of other team members as needed.  
  • Supports preparation of courier packages, using FedEx, DHL, and other necessary websites. 

Minimum Requirements



- 3 years or more of administrative work experience.

- Customer Service experience.

- Inventory experience a plus.

- Ability to meet multiple tasks/projects deadlines with changing priorities while maintaining a professional attitude.

- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication ability.

-Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
