The Director of Portfolio and Strategic Revenue Management will report directly to the VP of Category Management and P&L Transformation and will be responsible for assisting in developing the top line strategy, processes and KPIs for the Domestic portfolio, which accounts for nearly 50% of Trident Seafoods. This position will lead the development and evolution of our pricing analytics and decisions, trade investments and be a key partner with Category Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance in long term strategic planning. Portfolio complexity spans all sales channels, including shelf stable, refrigerated, and frozen productions for established and new offerings.

The ideal candidate will be able to think big picture, while developing executable tools and mentoring, and has the capabilities to wear many different hats.

  • Delivers relevant chain analytics and insights to support the Brand / Channel Strategy.
  • Attracts, leads, manages and mentors team of employees in such a way as to ensure retention of talent.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions. 
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.



Minimum Requirements



  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, and/or Category Management.
  • Proven experience in turning complex ideas into practical solutions and selling stories.
  • Proven experience in partnering cross functionally.


  • Undergraduate degree in business, MBA preferred


  • Ability to understand the long-term impact of pricing decisions.
  • Knowledge of complex pricing and price promotion dynamics.
  • Advanced spreadsheet (e.g., VBA/macros), data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and SAP.
  • CPG or market information/research company experience (ACNielsen/IRI/NPD), or within a market research department.
  • Ability to influence leadership / executives and lead high performing / high potential teams.
